1. Digital delivery only
DiskShift sells downloadable desktop software and digital license access. We do not ship physical goods, boxes, discs or merchandise. No shipping address is required for a DiskShift software purchase.
2. How delivery works
- Choose a plan and complete payment through the payment provider shown at checkout.
- After payment confirmation, the download or license instructions are shown or sent through the order flow.
- Download links and license details may also be provided to the email address used for the order.
Delivery is normally available shortly after payment confirmation, subject to payment-provider verification, network availability and email delivery.
3. If you do not receive access
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If access is still missing, contact Contact & Support with your payment/order reference and the email used for the purchase. Do not send card details, CVV or UPI PIN.
4. Delivery fees and taxes
There is no physical shipping fee. Any applicable taxes, payment-provider charges or other order charges are displayed before you confirm payment.
5. Returns
Because DiskShift is a digital product, returns and cancellations are handled under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
